Crowthers Buslink – a Great Journey!
S. Crowther and Sons Pty Ltd began their family business in buses in the Wollongong region in the early 1900’s and then later around the Dapto area. In 1952, Crowthers took over the control of the services in the Cronulla – Miranda area in which it continues to operate today. With twelve buses in its fleet and over thirty staff in the business, Crowthers has continued to provide an outstanding transport service to the local community, encompassing both the route and school services and private charters.
Throughout Crowther Buslink’s time of providing transport services to the local community, many of our drivers through their dedication and commitment to supporting our patrons, have become synonymous with the brand and our vision – without their high standard of service Crowthers certainly wouldn’t have such a valued reputation.
In moving forward, the Crowthers Buslink brand over the many years of operation, has built such strong foundations that under the new ownership and management of the reputable Veolia Transport company, patrons are assured of a quality and reliable service with a more synchronised transport service between the eastern and western suburbs of the Sutherland Shire.
Crowthers will continue to manage and operate the coach charter side of their business which includes five luxury coaches providing both day and extended tours throughout NSW and the eastern seaboard.
Veolia Transport has good local knowledge of the Sydney transport industry. Currently Veolia Transport operates an extensive bus network centred on Sydney’s southern, south western and western suburbs – on behalf of the Ministry of Transport – along with light rail and monorail and understands the local Sydney transport issues.
All credit accounts will be finalized on Monday 22nd December 2008. We therefore request a final account statement from all Creditors in order that these may be closed and any directors guarantees released prior to 31st December 2008.
Crowthers Coaches Pty Ltd looks forward to working with you again in the New Year.’
